Treasury balances, Snapshot voting, and Safe proposal execution are not enabled as a Robinhood Mainnet feature (4663). Do not promise a proposal threshold, quorum, voting period, payout, or treasury claim.
The deployed protocol has fee-routing and treasury concepts, but the backend mainnet rewards capability is disabled and the operational governance flow is not live. Indexed balances are not spendable treasury cash. See Robinhood Mainnet before documenting a governance release.
